Because our quality control standards are high, our embroidery personnel are among the best in the business.



THE EMBROIDERY SIZE DEPENDS ON HOW MANY LETTERS ARE GOING ON THE SHIRT.
If space permits, we will make the CAPITAL letters at least 2 inches tall.
We do not skimp on embroidery. Our staff will make the embroidery proportionate with the shirt.
The above fonts are only pictured to show the difference of Script and Block fonts.
The embroidery staff may select a similar font for your shirt if they think it looks better.

When ordering embroidery, please try to be as specific as possible. It will help us to complete your embroidery project in a timely fashion. For embroidery services, we need to know the location that the embroidery is to be applied, thread color, and the style of lettering; block or script. Order processing with embroidery is approximately 7-10 business days. Rush service (2-4 business days) is available for a Rush fee. Embroidered items cannot be exchanged or returned. Embroidery pricing can be found in the drop-down menu of each individual product page that offers embroidery. Please make your selection according to the letter quantity. If you forget to make the correct selection for the quantity that shows the price, we will make the correction and charge your credit card accordingly, and you will receive an email regarding the additional charges.

IMPORTANT: Should you have any questions regarding embroidery, please email or call us prior to placing your order. Orders for embroidered items CANNOT be cancelled once the order is placed, and embroidered items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

Custom Logo
Logos are digitized and built stitch by stitch. Please call or email us to make arrangments to send us a copy or picture of your logo, as we will need to see it to give you a price for the set-up charge and sew-out. PLEASE DO NOT send us an email attachment without prior authorization, as it will automatically be deleted. Set-up fees are based on the approximate stitch count. Embroidery charges are subject to change.
