Ordering Info
We want you to enjoy your visit with us. But what is most important is that you receive your order correctly and on time. Please read this information before placing your order. Call us if you have any questions. We will be happy to assist you with your order.

1. Enter the departments at the left. Click on the thumbnail pictures from the catalog pages to go to the product pages. As you browse through the website and place items in your basket, please read ALL the information on the product pages that you view, as they contain important information about availability, sizes, prices, return info, etc. Some items take longer to process than the normal processing time.

2. Your order will take 3 to 5 business days to process, OR 7 to 10 business days if you have items that get CUSTOM embroidery, and 10-14 days for CUSTOM screenprinting. DO NOT count the day you place the order as one of the processing days. During this processing time, we will print and review your order, create an invoice, check stock availability on your items (and order them in if we don't have them), process your credit card payment, and whatever else is necessary to get your order ready for shipping. You will be notified via email of any backordered items so you can decide what you want us to do with your order. REMEMBER that you must ADD the shipping time to the processing time to determine when you should receive your order. Do not count Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, or any other days that our store is closed. (Check Business Calendar at left)

3. If you have a "Must Have Date", you may need to order our Rush Service from the Rush Services section on the menu to the left. If you have questions, please call us at 520-750-0123 between 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday (Arizona Time). We would like to help you place your order now, rather than disappoint you later when we tell you that we can't change your order.

4. After you've made your selections, click on the Basket Contents section at the top so you can review your order. Then, click on the word "Checkout" (top right) to begin the checkout process.
