Q. How can I place my order?

Q. When will my order arrive?
A. Orders may take 3-5 business days to process. Orders with custom embroidery may take 7-10 business days to process. Screenprinting services are 10-14 business days. It is important to check your email, just in case we have a question. Please set up your email program to accept emails from our email address at the bottom of this page.

RUSH Services are available for an additional charge. Refer to the
RUSH Services department for specific charges. Shipping methods are not relevant to availability of stock and/or production time of custom items. Please feel free to contact us regarding the shipment of your order if you need to receive the order by a certain date. If you call or email, we can advise you if a rush charge is necessary.

Q. Can I get my order sooner?
A. YES. Rush service is available for an additional charge plus actual necessary shipping and handling. If it is not possible for us to get the order to you by the date you need it, we will let you know via return email.

Q. How do I adjust the quantity in my basket?
A. Just click on Basket Contents above. You can make any changes to your order from there.

Q. Do you ship International?
A. We only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, you can visit
AmericanGoodies.com for International Shipments. They offer a third party service which can handle the shipment for you.

Q. Do you accept COD or Purchase Orders as payment?
A. Sorry, we do not. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Checks. (Checks & Money Orders take approximately 14 days to clear due to fraud.)

Q. How do the sizes & colors of the shirts/jackets run?
A. These items come from many different manufacturers. Therefore, the sizes & styles may vary. Please pay close attention to the sizes on each individual shirt/jacket page. If an item has been customized IN ANY WAY, it is NOT returnable. If unsure, it is always best to order the item without customization. We cannot guarantee that all shirt/jacket colors & styles will match perfectly due to the possibility of the dye lots and manufacturers being different when the shirts/jackets were made.

Q. Can I return my order?
A. Some items are returnable and some are not. Please refer to our
Policies section for specifics.

Q. Do you have a catalog?
A. Sorry. We don't have a printed catalog. Our products are very unique. We purchase them through many different suppliers who change products often. It would not be cost effective for us to produce a catalog. However, you can print the pages of our website.

Q. Why haven't you answered my email?
A. You may have given us a wrong email address or you may have a SPAM blocker installed. You would be surprised at the number of Failure notices that we get from bad email addresses. We usually answer our emails within an hour or so during our normal business hours.

Q. Do you send out samples?
A. Sorry, we do not send out free samples. However, you can purchase items and then return them by following our return policy which can be found in the
Policies department.

Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. Sorry, we only sell retail. However, we do offer a quantity discount for some items as indicated on the product pages.

Q. Are you associated with ASI?
A. Sorry, we are not.

Q. Do you give a quantity discount for shirts?
A. Yes. For 12 or more shirts of the same style and color. (Size doesn't matter.)
Shirt Quantity Discount is as follows:
12 to 23 = $1.00 off each item
24 to 143 = $2.00 off each item
144 to 431 = $3.00 off each item
432 or more = $4.00 off each item
Screenprint prices are in the

Embroidery Discounts are priced on request.
Quantity Discounts do NOT apply to RUSH orders or Sale items.

Q. Do you give a quantity discount for jackets?
A. Yes. For 12 or more jackets of the same style and color. (Size doesn't matter.)
Jacket Quantity Discount is as follows:
12 to 23 = $3.00 off each item
24 to 48 = $4.00 off each item
49 to 72 = $5.00 off each item
73 to 144 = $6.00 off each item
145 to 288 = $7.00 off each item
289 or more = $8.00 off each item
