I just wanted to write and thank you for the amazing turnaround you did on this order. I ordered a shirt to be monogrammed on Tuesday and by Friday, it had arrived at the recipient's house (just in time for my brother's birthday. Greetings, I just wanted to say thank you for your efficient and prompt service. My friend received her gift (shirt) in just a few days -- so fast that I didn't have a chance to tell her to be on the look out for a surprise! As a serious, high-average, competitive bowler, she was elated with the gift. Just got an e from her telling me she wore it last night to a Christmas party with other bowlers, and was the hit of the evening!

Just to let you know that the satin jackets with custom embroidery were the hit of the tournament. Parents raved, and opposing parents were disturbed that their kids jackets were not as "nice". I had at least three inquiries as to where the jackets came from. I passed along your name and e-mail address.
As an aside, not only did they look cool, but the girls played fantastic. The team came in second of ten teams, after winning its bracket and a semi-final. Not bad for a third division team playing against all first division teams. Must be the jackets, becasue I know its not the coaching.
